Michelle Vaughn serves as the Assistant Secretary of Strategy and Planning for the Executive Office of Technology Services & Security (TSS) within the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. She is a key leader responsible for guiding the long-term information technology strategy for the Commonwealth. Previously, Michelle was the Deputy Chief Operating Officer for the Executive Office of Energy and Environmental Affairs. She is a graduate of Salve Regina University and has a Masters in Public Affairs from University of Massachusetts, Boston and Innovative Technology Leader Certification from Stanford University.
