Dr. Charles Grindle is an Information Scientist specializing in information security, policy and strategy. He graduated from Washington and Jefferson College and was commissioned to Field Artillery. Dr. Grindle earned his Masters and Ph.D. from University of Pittsburgh’s School of Information Science and holds a second Masters Degree from U.S. Army War College. Dr. Grindle received the Legion of Merit, Bronze Star, Meritorious Service, Army Commendation, Army Achievement, and Global War on Terrorism Service.
